Rates

Contracted with Anthem Blue Cross PPO, United (Optum) PPO, Aetna PPO, and Blue Shield PPO

$250 per 45 minute psychotherapy session

$200 for medication management

Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Prior to consultation we will find out from your insurance plan:

• Does your plan include mental health benefits?
• Is there a deductible? If so, what is it and has it been met?
• Is there a copay? If so, what is it?
• Is there a limitation on number of visits per year?
• Is authorization required for services to be covered?

Payment

I accept cash and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
